我有一個夢 。
親愛的台達主管們：
親愛的台達主管們：
我是台北投影事業群的韌體工程師林建志，研發替代役役期今年九月即將期滿，直屬主管已經分享過我的短期生涯規劃，預計進行一個長時間的旅行，要離職去環遊世界一年，滿足我對世界的好奇心。
人生第一個工作能為台達服務覺得非常幸運，家人也為我感到驕傲，況且當一個工程師是我從小的夢想，三年的工程師歷練覺得很滿足，從事品牌行銷是接下來嚮往的工作，自從公司宣佈發展自有品牌後，不知道為什麼，對公司的展望使命感尤然而生。
環球旅行我想駕乘40周年在中正紀念堂看到的電動巴士，用關懷地球的角度傳遞台達的愛; 參訪台達全球據點，傳遞核心訊息，點燃每位同人心中對台達品牌的渴望; 師法電影變形金剛，台達的商品是拯救地球的機器人。在總部展示廳可以被看見使用立體呈現正在執行中的企劃。從天空降落的台達能量，隱喻能量是來自宇宙，降落在出發前的造勢活動會場。使用單車與同仁參與在地單車活動、執行生態旅遊，透過多媒體平台發部訊息，並且安排媒體採訪，拉近世界與台達的距離，分享台達愛地球的行動。目標是一年完成五大洲巡迴，接著出書跟發行記錄片，在完成生涯規劃裡為大企業賣命的階段後，我要向鄭 先生看齊，執行下一段生涯計劃 - 創業！
以上是沈澱並整理許久以及曾經興奮到失眠一整夜的天馬行空想法。
